Lihium batteries are considered HazMat products when being shipped and require special procedures and labelling.  In additon, larger orders will have to be shipped with a freight company.

Upon receipt of your order for batteries we will reach out to you to confirm arrangements and allow us to get shipping prices for you.  We will need:

1)  Confirm shipping location

2)  Is a loading dock available?

3)  Is a forklift or equivilant available for unloading?

Once our shippping team has some options for you, we will send you an updated invoice with the shipping cost included.  Once you approve and pay this additional cost, we will finalize and process your order and get it ready for shipping.  This process usually takes about a week for US instock orders.  Larger direct ship China orders are usually 8-16 weeks.

UPS Shipping

Some smaller orders can be brokend down and shipped in 4 or 8 packs allowing us to use UPS.  This is often the cheapest method as well.

Less Than Load (LTL) Freight Shipping (Pallet Shipments)

For orders that require an LTL freight carrier as the mode of shipping, deliveries to a business address without a dock or forklift may incur an additional "lift gate" special handling fee. Deliveries to a residential address may incur an additional "residential" plus a "lift gate" special handling fee. Some LTL freight companies only require their drivers to unload merchandise onto the curb of the residence.

As Lithium Battery Power lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazmat/dangerous goods per governmental regulation, the carrier will require an adult's signature at delivery. Always check your products prior to signing the receipt of delivery for visible damage. If the customer signs for shipment and discovers damage to merchandise after opening, contact freight carrier to assure insurance claim for the damage products can be made.
