This spring, during some physical maintenance, my REC 1Q based system went hard down with an error 15 fault. Rick owned the recovery from first contact (in spite of the fact that this was objectively my fault).

Expert troubleshooting: Identified a likely cell-tap issue, shared clear upgrade guidance, and produced a 1Q→2Q wiring cross-reference to de-risk the retrofit.
