@Ben Morning Ben, I'm looking through the manual now but do not see where the internal fuse or cell balancing fuse are located, could you point me in the right direction? I didnt see one when I had...
Alright guys: Just reformatted the Wifi module SD card and loaded up 2.95. I reset the internal clock battery on the Rec ABMS. Got it all put back together again and did the firmware update to 2.95...
@Trevor It won't let me send manual messages to update the SOC, and I'm not sure whats going on with the temp sensor. Individual cell voltages read normal when I go to that page, as well as the te...
@Rick Hey Rick I'm at my wits end with this thing, tried 2.94 again and followed the updated guide with no positive results. Back to 2.93 but now I'm getting errors, such as in the screenshot poste...
How come when I enter "CHRG 1" my ABMS replies Error 1? Same response when I enter "CHRG?" "CANS 2" and "CANS?" work fine
@tom That's so bizarre, I'm about to revisit mine as well. I have just had it on 2.93 the last 6 months
@Ben Thank you, I tried again this morning and when I successfully install 2.94 the REC disconnects from the Cerbo, I don't know why. I switch back to 2.93 and it works perfectly.
@Rick I just reverted back to 2.93-1 and the REC immediately showed up on the Cerbo.

I just updated my Rec A BMS to 2.94, and immediately afterwards my Victron system lost communication with the Rec. I have a Cerbo GX, Multiplus 12/3000, Smart MPPT's, Samrt Shunt etc, all has been ...
@Rick Hi Rick I have not been able to resolve this other than narrowing it down to a faulty connection with the AMP connector. Is there a warranty that would replace the wirring harness?
Thanks @Rick. There are no A/C lines anywhere nearby. Would you mind explaining a bit more about network devices that might be causing a ground loop? I will take the connector off and check for ba...
I have a Rec Active BMS with a 3P4S EVE 308Ah setup on my sailboat. I installed the system last October, all 12 cells were top balanced to 3.65 before installing. About a month ago I noticed cell ...
@Rick Hi thanks for your reply, I am currently building a 3P4S setup with EVE 304ah cells. Just checking to make sure the Rec Active BMS is fine with 3 cells in parallel as well? Thanks!
