This Shipping Policy describes how OGM Energy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles shipping, delivery, and risk of loss for orders placed through our store.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. OGM Energy does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using carriers selected by the customer at checkout, which may include USPS, UPS, or other available services.
Once an order has shipped, the carrier and service level selected cannot be changed.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Third-Party Pickup Locations
Shipping to third-party pickup locations (including but not limited to UPS Access Points, mail stores, lockers, or package forwarding services) is not recommended when using USPS shipping methods.
If you choose to ship to a third-party pickup location: - The shipment is made at your own risk - We cannot guarantee acceptance, handling, or notification by the pickup location - Any loss, misdelivery, or refusal after carrier-marked delivery is not the responsibility of OGM Energy
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information is provided directly by the carrier. OGM Energy does not control or modify tracking updates.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Responsibility for an order transfers from OGM Energy to the customer once the carrier marks the shipment as Delivered to the address provided at checkout.
This includes deliveries where: - The package is accepted by a third party or representative - The delivery address is a shared, commercial, or pickup location - The carrier does not provide GPS coordinates or recipient identification
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly to request a delivery investigation, GPS scan verification, or claim.
OGM Energy will provide shipping documentation upon request but is not responsible for carrier investigations or outcomes.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refund or replacement.
Shipping Insurance & Claims
Shipping insurance, when available, is subject to the carrier’s terms and limitations. Carriers may deny claims for packages marked as delivered.
OGM Energy does not guarantee claim approval or reimbursement by the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. OGM Energy is not responsible for delays, duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
