I actually priced out the Mate-N-Lok connector housings and the required number of crimp terminals from Digikey, and this kit is cheaper! Not to mention saving you the time and hassle of picking out each part number individually. Very convenient when you're going to make up your own cell connector, CAN bus, or other plug!

The tool works well. It reliably establishes coms with the regulator and provides access to the state of the unit. Programming is straightforward and the Help function, which is critical, is complete.
