We have assembled a near complete kit for your high voltage CANBus compatible 33S to 160S series battery system utilizing the all new 2Q series BMS, for use with voltages from 27V to 672 V nominal(depending on chemistry) and pack sizes up to 5,000aH when quality matched cells are used

Includes:

  1. REC Master BMS
  2. 3 Element Temperature sensing harness
  3. 500A Current shunt and cable (200/500/1000 available upon request)
  4. REC 2Q 16S Slave BMS's
  5. 16S Cell wiring connector kits (pre-wired kits available too)
  6. Current/Temperature probe wiring harnesses (4 temp sensor harness optional)
  7. Power and I/O wiring harness
  8. Wi-fi module and wiring harness

Just add cells, field wiring and relay/contactor(s)!

The REC 2Q is the next step in the REC BMS evolution.  Don't trust your safety and expensive battery system to a cheap or repurposed BMS!

This professional  grade system is customer configurable using the included Wifi module and connector kits to build your own custom harnesses or upgrade to include to prewired wiring kits to make the installation much faster. 

Features include:

  • up to 4 digital temperature sensors DS18B20 per slave

  • single cell voltage measurement (0.1 – 5.0 V, resolution 1 mV)

  • single cell - under/over voltage protection

  • single cell internal resistance measurement

  • SOC and SOH calculation

  • over temperature protection

  • under temperature charging protection

  • 4 Ω passive cell balancing with temperature protection

  • shunt current measurement (resolution 19.5 mA @ ± 500 A)

  • two galvanically isolated user defined multi-purpose digital outputs

  • internal relay high current outputs for the main relay/contactors

  • galvanically isolated RS-485 communication (in and out port with enable)

  • CAN communication

  • error LED + buzzer indicator

  • Wi-Fi for changing the settings and data-logging 

  • Remote ON/OFF
