It seems that some versions of Windows 7 that have not had all updates installed may encounter a \"Process Error -1073741515 error when trying to perform a firmware update. To fix this first ensure your Windows includes all updates. If updates for your windows version is broken(and lots are), then we can add this small file easily without performing a big update.
Just go to the Windows download site :
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
You need to only download the one _x86 file if you are running a 32 bit version of windows, and both _x86 and x64 files if using a 64bit platform. See attached pics for reference.
Once you have installed these Windows redistribution files, simply restart the app and try again.
