From what serial number did REC Active BMS get the CAN BUS module?

  I have a boat with a REC Active BMS with sn# 1-A-12XX  and want to install a WS500.

  Can I just update FW to 2.9 and use CAN BUS communication?

  You can open the ABMS and see if there is a ISO1050  (U5) mounted on the PCB. It should be, since we started to put them as a standard from 1-A-0470 onwards.

  Tanks for info and how to check. I opend the box and found the ISO1050 at (U5).
