WS500-PRO / REC Active BMS - "OUTPUT" not displaying on Victron Cerbo GX

  Hopefully someone here can help me out..

   

  WS500-PRO "Output" not displaying on the Victron GX50 / Cerbo GX?

  Showing as two dashes next to the Alternator Icon..

   

  The WS500-PRO is showing as a VE.CAN device and is under "External Control" 

  All information from WS500-PRO being displayed on VE.CAN except the "Output"?

   

  General Settings:

  WS500-PRO = beta version of 2.6.1

  REC Active BMS = 2.94

  Victron Cerbo GX = 3.60~57

   

  REC Active BMS and Victron playing nicely. All MPPTs under "External Control" with DVCC and working perfectly. 

   

  NMEA2000 settings on for both the WS500-PRO and Victron

  REC BMS / Active BMS selected in Wakespeed Config. App

  Shunt installed on Alternator Positive and wired correctly (grey and purple wires)

  "Shunt at Alt" setting on.

   

  I've tried everything I can think of.

  If anyone has any ideas why the Output (watts or amps) isn't displaying on the Cerbo that would be greatly appreciated.

  Are you using 500 kbps or 250 kbps bitrate? 

  I have found that it needs to be 250 kbps.

  If you use 500 kbps the WS500 will sync to the REC, but you dont get the data on from WS500 on Cerbo. So you can not use BMS-CAN port as this is fixed to 500 kbps, needs to be VE.CAN.

  In menu, you can make a logfile.

  Post the logfiles, this gives lots off information for troubleshooting.

  Is OSenergy CAN toggle to on?

  Thank you both for the help!

  Ben's firmware did the trick!

   

  Everything was connected @ 250kbps and on the VE.CAN (BMS-CAN was never used)

  OSEnergy was toggled on also.

   

  Updating to Ben's alternate 2.6.1 did the trick.

  My firmware version was 2.6.1-DEV.12.26.2024 (from WS Support)

  Ben's is 2.6.1-DEV.1.22.2024 (solved my problem)
