have I bricked my WIFI module 😭

    i just tried update the firmware at the bottom of the firmware page to what i thought was the ABMS from 2.9.0.2 to 2,97

    However, I can now no longer access the wifi module, i have tried a 20-second reset but can't see it on its old ip address or as a standalone AP

    any thoughts or things i cole tr to revive it

    What is the LED status?  If both are on solid, it is stuck in startup mode. IF not, you may have forgotten to set the RS485 addresses to zero and two, they default to zero and one.

    Sometimes installing the bin and spiffs files on the root of the SD card works, other times the bootloader got corrupted and it has to be flashed using a special TTL to usb cable.  You can find SD boot instructions in another post.

    If that doesnt work there is a way to bypass the bootloader but I would have to look for the details.  

    On a positive note we are almost ready to release our own WiFi-LCD Display and all current BMS customers will get heavily discounted pricing.  Here are some teaser pics.  A formal announcement should follow in a few weeks.  It includes a clean OTA BMS update feature as well.
