One user has reported a TLS error but we are having troubles zeroing in on the issue. If anyone else has had similar issues please let us know and any detail would be appreciated
We got to the bottom of this one. It seems that on newer Windows 10 installs they have removed some needed security libraries we were using. We have now updated this to meet the latest Windows 10 requirements and released it as version 1.1, which started shipping August 8, 2019
