Hi - I have a ws500 setup with a balmar 6series that has been functioning well for about 30 operating hours so far. Today, at startup the system ran normally for 4 minutes and then shutdown totally. No flashing indicator on the wakespeed, no output from the alternator. My Victron cerbo says the unit is "disconnected" as it would when it is off.
I can monitor the wakespeed with the app, and captured this log

The app shows the alternator is in standby but not why. I see the -99 in the AST sentence. Has my temp probe failed? Would that account for these symptoms?
This is an awkward situation as I'm cruising offshore and would really like to have a working alternator.
