What size fuse for the Feature In Port wire?

   What is the load at +12v required to activate the "Feature In Port". I don't see anything about this in any of the manuals,  just >8.5 vdc.

   I have a twisted pair 24ga wire (cat5) already run from a switch at the helm to the ER left over from the previous Balmar Regulator install that was used to activate small engine mode.  Could I use that with a 1.5 amp fuse? 24ga is supposed to be good up to 3.5 amps...I think.

  Good question.  This is just a milliamp input toggling a bit on the internal chip so a 0.5-1.5A fuse should be fine under most conditions.
