This is for anyone else who may have trouble getting the new 2Q to communicate with Victron.
Assuming you've wired it all correctly AND have the adapter that connects to a Cerbo or other Victron VX device's VE CAN port, then you'll need to configure a non visible setting on the BMS.
First, the password to open comms is "2Q-XXXX" where the 4 X's are your serial number.
Send address = 1
Receive address = 0
Under manual communication, the address is "1" and the message is "CHRG 1" (All without quotes).
This changes the CAN bitrate to 500k, which Victron seems to prefer.

"Go to Firmware, Manual communication and set the CHRG to enable 2Q for the Victron.

So set Send to as 1 (BMS address, 1 is default) then write the message CHRG 1 and Send then restart the BMS to take effect. This sets the CAN bitrate to 500k. If you would like to set it differently, set it manually with CANS instruction.
