It seems there are issues with the factory version of the STM USB driver on some versions of Windows 7 that the WS500 uses for communications. Al has found an updated driver that should work with it and is sending it over. A customer, Gary has kindly offered to get some details and give us some feedback. As soon we get it and its driver details we will incorporate it into the Config Tool and start testing. Watch for updates to this post!
