I've got two battery banks each is a Nissan Leaf Gen1 repurposed battery. They been up and running for several years now. Recently I add the wifi module that allows me access to a lot more information than I had previously. One of my slave modules runs at around 70 F when balancing cell voltage. At full charge the range of voltages is between 4.063 to 4.077. The other slave has been getting up over 100F as high as 107 but it's holding the voltage range between 4.072 to 4.078.
Can't find the normal temperature operating in any of the literature I have accessed. It appears that the one slave is holding its cells to a higher standard than the other. Is there an adjustment I can make to have them be more equal? Do I have a problem or is this normal and I just wasn't aware it was happening until I was able to observe the temperatures in real time?
