I can not think of any way to do this in the settings. The only way would be a normally closed relay to invert the output but that results in current draw which may not be possible depending on you...

From your description it sounds like this will work just fine for you by interupting the remote on/off switch.  And yes, the switch will power down your BMS, with all parameters saved.

If the Cerbo is also powered on the system side then it does not get the data from the BMS when disconnected. 

@tine Yes there is a contactor and it is connected in the positive. 

Charge current is only set to 0 A when the temperature goes under the Under-temperature for charging. Contactors are ON unless you select them in the TASKS for the charge relay 1.
